Zulu Immersion Program
for Intensive Intermediate–Advanced
Zulu
in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
Program Cost
Participants will pay $6,000 to paritipcate in the program. The funds will cover all program costs exce[t airfare adn travel expenses. Participants will be responsible for booking their own far to and from South Africa.
The program cost does not coverr:
- Local and international travel expenses. (Participants are advised to seek funding support from their institutions, Academic Departments, Offices of International Programs, or African Studies Centers for local travel)
- Mandatory health insurance for the summer abroad in South Africa
- Passport and visa fees
- Inoculations and other health-care expenses related to travel
- Travel done on the student’s own time and initiative in Southern Africa
- Personal shopping and gifts (at least $500)
