There are a variety of hotels to choose from in Addis, but the hotels most favored by the expatriate population are the Hilton, the Ghion, the National and the Ibex.
The hotels will give discounts for long term stays. Insist on getting it! At the Ghion the discount is: 15% from the 16th up to the 30th day; 20% from the second month to the third month; 25% from the third month onwards.
