Shona pa Komputa chii?/What is Shona pa Komputa?

Shona pa Komputa is a language learning program for beginners. It isdesigned to be used either by students working alone, or in a classroom by an instructor. This program is a multimedia course integrating the use of video,audio, and text. The course is built around conversations, and users are encouraged to practice their conversational skills with speakers and learners of Shona as much as possible. The plan is to facilitate gradual learning of Shona both within the traditional classroom and independently.

The courses in this program are content-based and they are divided into units. Each unit has a number of lessons, and exercises with accompanying helpful grammar and cultural notes.
