In a letter to the UN High Commission for Refugees, the Ethiopian Foreign Minister, Seyoum Mesfin, said Sudanese authorities have arrested and imprisoned hundreds of Ethiopian refugees, and committed brutal and sinister acts of beating, torturing and killing refugees.
