AAI Symposium on the Future of African Leadership

Given the wide gap in the number of skilled managers needed across the African continent, The Africa-America Institute (AAI) will hold a timely symposium on the future of African leadership on December 2, from 9a-12p, at the University of Pennsylvania’s Houston Hall in Philadelphia. Hosted by the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education and the Africa Center, the symposium, "The Future of African Leadership – Assessing Leadership Development on the Continent ", will bring together thought leaders, educators and innovators to explore the possibilities and challenges of leadership development in Africa and what works to strengthen African leadership.
