of International Law, Politics and
Society and the Director of the
Center for Displacement Studies
at the School of Advanced International
Studies at Johns Hopkins University.
A former Sudanese minister of state,
ambassador and, currently, special
representative of the UN Secretary-General
on internally displaced persons,
Professor Deng is a leading expert
on the Sudan, African conflicts,
and refugees. |
