AFRICAN LANGUAGES AT PENN

IGBO

Igbo is spoken by approximately 20 million people in Nigeria. It is one of the major languages of Nigeria, and it is spoken as a native language in eastern region of Nigeria.

Igbo Elementary II (Second semester of Igbo)  
Igbo Intermediate I (Third semester of Igbo)  
Igbo Intermediate I(Fourth semester of Igbo)  
Igbo Advanced I (Fifth semester of Igbo)  
Igbo Advanced II (Sixth semester of Igbo)  

The level I and II courses are offered in the fall and spring, respectively.
