Development Project List on CD-ROM, IDRC Canada

UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA - AFRICAN STUDIES CENTER

The most comprehensive compilation of development project descriptions I know of is put out on a CD-ROM by IDRC in Canada. It includes projects from many bilateral donors and development banks. I don't know how current the project listings are, however. I don't have any prices either, but I do have a contact address:
