Good day ladies and gentleman. On the light of increasing marginalization of the African people, the African students in North America and in South Africa decided to form TERMECIAL as well as TECHNOSEARCH CORPORATION. Our objectives are to:

1. Develop Africa as soon as possible. 2. Educate the African people in whatever way our fields of study pertain. 3. Create jobs.

In trying to bring this to existance, the South African students in 1993 organized an EDUWEEK PROJECT via TERMECIAL which envolved 50 college students and over a hundred high school students. This was held at the University of Venda and was very successful.

Let us join hands into bringing a prosperous Africa, for unless we utilize the best talent we have, our presence in the world shall never be felt. Unless we think for the future our children shall never reap the fruits of happiness. This is the executive committee of our corporation:

1. President: Tshanduko Doyoyo, Brown University, PhD student (Eng Solid Mechanics) 2. Vice President: Dineo Makhetha , Central College,(Coo/Media) 3. Coordinator: Tshilidzi Marwala, CWRU Mech. Eng 4. Treasure: Maleafisha Tladi, Brown Univ, PhD student (Applied Math Dynamics Systems) 4. Secretary: Michelle Crary, Brown, Biology 5. Director of Information: Nelson Sefara, Univ. of Ohio, PhD student (Chemistry)

Executive Officials:

1. Setumo Mohapi, MIT, Elec. Eng 2. Paul Nevhutanda, Howard, Chem.Eng 3. Mandla Shezi, MIT, Chem.Eng 4. Percy Ramabulana,Oregon State, Chem.Eng

Sincerely, now till death, Tshilidzi Marwala
