NIGER: Military government names new cabinet

ABIDJAN, 19 April (IRIN) - Niger's new military leader, Major Daouda Mallam Wanke, has named a new cabinet. The list was released at the weekend and broadcast by the official 'Voix du Sahel' radio station:
