The Southeastern Regional Seminar in African Studies
(SERSAS) is soliciting papers on the theme of "Health
and Related Issues in Africa" for the panel sessions of
October 22-23, 2004, University of North Carolina at
Charlotte.
Please send your one-page or less abstract to

You will be immediately notified if your paper has been

The abstract deadline for papers for the Fall 2004
SERSAS Conference, held 22-23 October at UNC-Charlotte,
has been extended to September 30. Papers on subjects
beyond health in Africa will be considered. Volunteers
are also sought for the roundtable discussion on
globalization.
