Dear Colleagues,

Greetings from the secretariat of the NIGERIA NATIONAL HEALTH CONFERENCE (NHC) 2006! And thank you for your numerous comments, enquiries and visits to the conference website and the secretariat.

As explained in previous postings on this conference, its major objective is to develop, document and market/propagate a 21st Century Health Agenda for Nigeria especially for the period 2007-2011 when a new government is expected to be in place as a result of the current political transition which will culminate in fresh national elections in April 2007. The expected Health Agenda will provide an informed focus for health for the political actors, decision makers and policy implementers in the country towards providing ?Better Health for all Nigerians?.

The NHC2006 will hold in the Ladi Kwali Hall of the Sheraton Hotel and Towers Abuja on 28-29 November 2006, starting 8.00 hours daily (local time). Listed below are the topics and speakers:
