Call for Papers: Africa: The fifth Continent and the Emergency of a New Reality, 03/08

The Argentinean Center of International studies invite researchers and specialists to collaborate with a new quarterly publication of the Sub-Saharan African Program, "Africa: The fifth continent and the emergency of a new reality".

The thematic of this first number is open to all those works and publications that refer to different topics, as poverty and underdevelopment, terrorism, energy resources, integration processes, among others.

The objective of the program is to explore and to analyze the current situation of Africa in the context international and to detect conclusive factors to determine its role in the new century.

The deadline for submitting paper proposals is March 30, 2008. Proposals should include a 250-word abstract and title, as well as the author's name, address, telephone number, email address, and institutional affiliation. Please submit the paper to africa@caei.com.ar in spanish or english.
