      The Ethnologue is a catalog of the world's languages including information on alternate names, number of speakers, location, dialects, linguistic affiliation, and other sociolinguistic and demographic information. This database represents the 12th edition of the Ethnologue, published in 1992.
  • African Art (UVA)
      African Art: Aesthetics and Meaning. This electronic exhibition catalog contains a number of photographs from the Bayly Art Museum's recent exhibition of African art. Related materials to be offered in the future include an exhibition of African masks.
  • Coded Messages: CHAINS
      CHAINS began as a group of performances in Ghana in 1994. The remote village of Anyako, the historic slave trade castle at Cape Coast, the University of Ghanaat Legon, the international Pan African Historical Theatre Festival (PANAFEST). Include: sounds of drum language and its spoken meanings, and video clips and stills from performances in Ghana.
