About the Editor
Bea Sandler, noted restaurant consultant, graduated from Simmons College

restaurants. She was food editor and menu consultant for FAST FOOD
MAGAZINE for many years. Perhaps Mrs. Sandler's most challenging work
has been the planning of menus for four of the pavilions at the New York
World's Fair, which led to her passionate interest in African cooking
and THE AFRICAN COOKBOOK. At present Mrs. Sandler is conducting o series
of Menu Clinic Seminars throughout the country. When she is not
traveling and lecturing, she devotes her boundless energy and
enthusiasm to her consulting firm, Food Imagineering, Inc. Mrs. Sandler
