About the Editor

Bea Sandler, noted restaurant consultant, graduated from Simmons College in Boston with a degree in Home Economics and Nutrition. At present Mrs. Sandler is conducting o series of Menu Clinic Seminars throughout the country. When she is not traveling and lecturing, she devotes her boundless energy and enthusiasm to her consulting firm, Food Imagineering, Inc. Mrs. Sandler makes her home in Manhattan.
