* (4) Black/African oriented online information sites (Dialup/FTP/Gopher/Telnet/WWW). (Up to date as of FEBRUARY 18, 1994)
* (5) Conferences and news services available via the APC networks (PeaceNet, EcoNet, etc.), that focus on African, African-American, African-Caribbean, or African-Latin people, culture, and issues. (Up to date as of FEBRUARY 17, 1994)
